when i was a kid my dad would only buy the cheaper knock off cereal brands not the over priced brands that were advertised during commericals. haha

My original idea was not to just post about cereal..but odd holiday things- good and bad. I shouldn't have said 'rant' in my title. That happened b/c i was upset about Boo Berry.
I assume many are buying flights and making plans for Thanksgiving and Christmas. How is everyone doing with their family's plans for you? I just got my daughter & my plane tix for christmas. Thanksgiving tix were bought in aug. Both are to go to KC, Missouri and visit my parents. So the planning on how to see family that lives all over Missouri- mainly St. Louis and Indiana (for t-giving). T-giving we are meeting in Effingham, IL (name so appropriate effing-ham). We are spending t-giving in the Holiday Inn. super. i hope there is a bar. What i hate is we fly 1500 miles to get to KC and then we have to travel in the car all over to see everyone- why can't they come to KC?? But i'm grateful to see all the family. So i'm effing tired, and sore from being in the car my whole vacation back there..so when i see family and in all the holiday photos i look like i'm half dead. I'm not part of the family get together planning...i'm told what we are going to do. I'm curious as to what plans are being made for you?
