I have my own style here, when I think it's very close (which it is atm) I call this shove IF:
1. His stats tell me to (he has a very high AF, big PFR or just very loose in general)
2. I have been VERY active raising a LOT lately, say maybe the last couple of hands.
3. He hates me because of pots that I took from him.

Otherwise I just fold.

He's new to the table and already has $80 so I'm calling since I assume he's overaggressive. We probably have about 30% equity against a sane player.

Never ever 3-bet 40% of your stack preflop and fold.
