The flop I might play the same because of the history but I would give up on turn.

I like your flop play but I give up on the turn without a better read. You are going to run into a flush or a stuborn weak overpair to often. I defn check the river with only 282 behind.

If SB is solid pre/post-flop then this may be a slow-played trips gone wrong or even a big PP with a spade that he decided to trap you with.

If SB is loose post-flop then maybe add pp hands like 6s6x/4s4x . Not sure he would call a big river bet....

If SB is a somewhat loose pre-flop caller then he could easily have the nut/strong flush here, e.g. he called with As7x or AsXs. Strange for him to check the river but maybe he reads you for nothing and gives you opportunity to bluff.

So, I think I would probably only bluff a villian who is fairly tight in his pre-flop calls/defends OOP and plays a solid post-flop game. I'd be tempted to bet $200 rather than $280 you have left and fold if he pushes.

But is it not an unusual line for villian to take if he has flush? You don't like the push because we don't get folds often enough?

i'd raise more on the flop, cause i'd rarely raise so little with a real hand, but otherwise it is fine.. and I would check the river.

I have trouble checking behind on hands where I can't win... maybe a leak. Do we really think villian calls here > 65% (approx) of time for it be bad move?
