I didn't appreciate that Tiger Gaming sent me an email about their promotions pretending that it was from Neteller.

This was in the To: field
"NETELLER <contactus@onmydomain.com>"

Poker sites that do that kind of stuff don't make me want to trust them with my money. Even though I was interested in doing their bonus.

I didn't get this email, but I did their $100 signup bonus @ 7.5x a couple weeks ago and cleared it pretty quickly. They are a part of the Ongame Network.

Yes, terrible way of marketing, but one of the best Pokerroom bonuses in this dry market...

Sorry to revive an old thread, but Tower Gaming is really starting to piss me off with their thinly veiled spam. I'm even now getting these ridiculous BonnusWhores spam from them (palming off as an independant website). The BonnusWhores site features as their number one bonus (you guessed it) Tower Gaming's generous and benevolent sign-up bonuses.

Trust my money with these clowns? Aren't there laws against this kind of [censored]? I mean it's probably difficult to track down some Romanian spam ring selling cheap Xanax, but this is a poker site with legitimate connections.

Sigh.

Yup, even though they seem to have an ok bonus, i will not play there cause of their constant spamming.

I play at Tower all the time, there is an unlimited bonus x10 + rake back and never got any spam e-mails from them.
It's the best bonus now.

Really such a good deal? If I understand correctly, you have to get 9 player points to clear $1 bonus. You get .07pp for $0.1 of rake. Assuming a normal rake structure, and assuming you play 0.5/1 limit, you can expect a decent 10BB pot to generate ~$0.5 of rake.
That equals .35 pp. To clear the bonus, you need 7k 10BB pots at 0.5/1. Assuming that the games are reasonably loose, you can probably expect between one and two such pots per orbit at full ring. That meanst that to clear $300 of bonus, you'd need ~15k hands at 0.5/1 limit.

That might not be all too bad, but if it's really an "amazing rate" as they say on their site, I'm willing to doubt...

9x at full ring is like 80% rakeback
