Any other Yankee fans here? Me,shaundeeb and Exitonly have a hotel room right across the street. Going to NY on Sunday, should be a fun weekend [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

They announced the roster for the first round today. A couple of surprises, at least for me.
Bench players: Mientkiewicz/Giambi (Mientkiewicz is starting Game 1) Betemit Duncan Molina Sardinha I guess Sardinha's fast and can play third. He must be a better runner than Alberto Gonzalez. They went with seven relievers: Rivera Joba Vizcaino Hughes Farnsworth Ohlendorf Veras I'm surprised, and very happy, that Villone didn't make it. They must have loved what they saw from Ohlendorf in the last few weeks. What a change from the Yankees of the past. So great to see talent beating out experience finally.

By far the best time I ever had at a baseball game.

Ohlendorf's slider is nasty and has some serious tilt to it. He can also throw 95 so I am very happy with him on the roster.
I'd rank the relievers Mo/Joba Ohlendorf Viz Hughes Farnsworth Veras

Home Office for Baseball on Sunday evening (and Monday, if necessary).
