Default Playing to weak?

Villain in this hand seems kinda nitty and is playing 15/11/4. I'm playing TAG and we haven't tangled. Do this hand seems standard or is it to weak? The pot is $136 on river.

Getting over 2.5:1 in a blind battle with an underrepped overpair, I need to pay it off but I'm not thrilled about it. Also, the flush never hit so he could be 3-barreling on such hopes. Yeah he's repping better, but I keep reminding myself that people go nutso in blind battles often enough for a call to be ok.

Way to weak...

Reraise that nit preflop. If he calls, you have a better idea where you are at.
Bet out on the flop!

as played, make a blockbet at the river of 40-50

Honestly, i think this river was the best card for you to snapp off a bluff.
I think he would many better hands c/c himself.
Perhaps he has 9T or he outthinked you, but after calling 2 streats you have to call this river

Ya, I should probably have called river, but I think it's pretty close.
