Haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary about the CO. Flat call PF? Do I have to lead the flop here? Do I call the river which, along with the check through on the turn, feels like a value bet to me.

If he calls your flop bet i think I would slow down on the turn and check.

Reraise more preflop - my standard reraise assuming a $1 open is $3.50. Minreraising is awful.

Flop bet's okay. If I feel I have enough FE, I bet, often I'll just try to get to showdown and check-call.

Call the river bet - the $2 is little enough that I'd call just for information. You'll be shown some retarded bluff often enough to make it neutral EV too.
