Interesting AA hand
SB is a solid TAG
V is I_MCMK_I, for those who don't know, he is a lag who insta bots 100% of the time when checked to him in position. This is what makes this hand interesting. donno if Q is making a move onf MCMK cause he knows this too. Or he actually has the set/flush he is repping. What to do? If u carry on, what are u going to do on the turn? Re: Interesting AA hand
Just bet the flop. This spot is tougher because SB could easily be playing back light on CO who could be trying to steal. As played call I guess and see what happens.

Re: Interesting AA hand
well CO is 200bb deep but he is likely not going to be too invested in this hand. i would call this and probably call the rest off on any turn if SB shoves.
if CO overcalls flop, then we will see the turn and play from there. i would underbet committing on diamond turns and check on blanks likely. possibly fold to a shove. if CO shoves behind its just an odds question. |

Re: Interesting AA hand
fwiw i think sb is rarely, rarely making a move here. problem is he might be doing this with tt-qq and think it's the nuts against villain. so I like the call line b/c this is wa/wb imo... he's not paying you off with worse but we still (maybe) have decent enough equity vs. his range at this point.
here are some #s for fun- 1. only hands that beat us: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 35.556% 35.21% 00.35% 6971 69.00 { AdAs } Hand 1: 64.444% 64.10% 00.35% 12691 69.00 { 99, 66-55, KdQd, KdJd, QdJd, JdTd, 87s, 65s } 2. add in jj-qq equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 57.449% 57.04% 00.41% 18071 129.00 { AdAs } Hand 1: 42.551% 42.14% 00.41% 13351 129.00 { QQ-JJ, 99, 66-55, KdQd, KdJd, QdJd, JdTd, 87s, 65s } kind of shocked the %'s change that much. anyway, like i said i think we have enough equity to call here and he'll probably be playing very straightforward on the turn. |

Re: Interesting AA hand
its a pretty significant mistake if thats his range for the flop raise. anyway its a moot point because i think we can play perfectly on the turn.

[ QUOTE ]
calling is the worst play at this point [/ QUOTE ] Why, we will likely get 3way to the turn and freeze alot of better hands. Do you have any reasons for this claim? |
