I'm not sure what the correct play is here. With uber outs, I'm inclined to lead with 1/2 pot bet for value. Something tells me that is wrong though. You may take it down right there. A spade kills all action on later streets.

A check here opens you up to a bluff big bet you may or may not have odds to call. I guess a check raise is an option.

Hmmm....good one.

FLOP: Gotta lead 60 here to build your pot, if 3-bet I'd 4bet but not all-in

TURN: If flat called lead 3/4 pot, if flop got raised go for CRAI.

RIVER: go with your read

the co may have an ace but a strong one he can play confidently? prob not. i check raised why? bc if im co and 2 players check in blinds guess what i now have that ace regardless and im betting;i want to charge him a fee for his bluff rather than leading and watching him fold. he flat called my crai after betting fairly small. i led at the turn which was a 9 (more outs) but it was a 1/2 pot bet. im controlling the pot showing strength and banking on his having at best a weak ace he cant push. he folded the turn.

Check...with the intent to c/r when CO bets (which he will close to 100% of the time.)
