Default NL100 WR > NL25 WR???? Dunno what to do.

I played NL100 for 30k hands with a winrate of 5PTBB/100
took a break after some bad sessions and decided to move to NL25 after taking a lot of my roll out and fix my leaks and rebuild.

Started at NL25 with $1000 and am down about 16BI over 5k hands. I'm not sure how I was beating NL100 pretty decently, btu am getting destroyed at NL25, my W$SD is 46% and W$SF is 43% (at NL25)

P.S. I don't have the $$ to just put up the money to start at NL100 again, I could play NL100 with 8BI but thats just suicide roll management.
