I would have folded this to a button raise in Round 1. You are drawing 3 out of position. I think everything is fine on latter streets.

I may be overdoing the stealing and defending. my background is in shorthanded LHE so I am used to doing both with a very wide range
what would be your cutoff for defending in this spot vs an unknown? |

Against a normal opponent, I would defend with any 2-card draw to an 8 with a deuce. Against an opponent that tries to steal on a regular basis, I would keep the 9 and draw 2.

[/ QUOTE ] Probably a 2-card draw to an 8 that includes a 2 or a 3. I rarely see people trying to steal with a 3 card draw, so defending with 3 card draws will usually put you behind. To be honest, 2-3-8 is behind the range of a button raise against an unknown. |
