OT- How tall are you and much you weigh?

Ok ever since I started to play poker I began to notice that I gained alittle weight. I'm not as active as I use to be. I'm around 5'7 and 170 pounds so I'm slighty overweight I think. The reason I'm writing this because when I'm 10 tabling I get tired after 2 sets and want to go to sleep. I feel so tired every single day. The problem is I feel like sleeping every single day. I have no energy to do anything! I feel like I'm sleeping my life away but it feels so good. I need to change myself. I think if I excercised just alittle it would energize me. I keep telling myself to go for a long walk but never do it. So my plan is whenever I get the urge to go to sleep I'm gona go for a walk. This should make playing sng's less of a grind. I'm also doing this because I want to play more than 1000 sng's in a month. I feel like I should be able to play 3000 sng's like z32fanantic or spacegravy. I need suggestions on how to get more energy and play more sng's. I actually feel tired right now so I'm gona go for a 30 min walk.

5'11 180 lbs of flab. I use to be somewhat athletic and had friends. now i play online poker

Make your self a weekly to do list and write down "Go for 30min walk" 3 times on it.

Then when you go for a walk get a big marker and cross it out. Makes you feel good when you finish your weekly sheet. Put anything else you want on there but take pride when you cross out each thing.

Works for me.
