Default he must have me beat right?

2nd orbit so no reads i just couldnt believe he was doing this with a worse hand. Is this a call or fold?

preflop call is close but probably a fold, flop is definitely a fold. you're not calling pre to hit your ace.

preflop is fine...but your bets are very weak. He could be doing this with 1010-kk just because you look so weak and he thinks he has the best hand.

I wouldn´t bet the flop and I definately wouldn´t bet the turn if I intend to fold to a push. And yeah you are toast 90%+ of the time. The only time you bet here is if you are comfortable getting it all in.
