WPT - By the Book Chapter 2 - aired Aug 15

In the first hour, there is a hand where Kid Poker and Chan are involved in a hand. During the hand, Kid Poker asks Mike and Vince what Chan's book says about the raise he just made. Vince opens the book and does his unfunny shtick and says "panic".

I don't know the exact setup of the stage and all that, or if this was edited for television, but aren't Mike and Vince able to see that Chan had two Aces in the hole? Shouldn't they be in a soundproof booth that isn't visible to the players or even the audience for that matter if they are seeing the hole cards?

Can anyone shed a little light on exactly how the WPT events are setup with respect to Mike and Vince and their ability to see hole cards?
