Default PL25: BB Turns Low Straight & 2nd Nut Flush Draw

This is from a FT HA game. BTN bought in for 10 a couple of orbits ago and probably isn't very good. SB hasn't gotten out of line over ~50 (~20 omaha) hands. I am just learning omaha and have been playing a little too tight probably and haven't gotten out of line.

What's my plan for the turn? Also, are preflop and flop fine? After the hand, I felt like I should have bet the flop.

Pot the flop.

Considering you didn't, reraise to pot on the turn.
