Default Question for people that have played in a WSOP event

What is the quality of play like? I've been watching the re-runs of the 2006 US Poker Championships on ESPN and I've been appalled at some of the horrible play. Seems like many of these guys just buy in for $10K and just donk off all their chips.

LOL DONKAMENTS

WSOP Events are a blend of reckless aggro players trying to quickly build a big stack (some more skilled than others at this), nitty rocks that will go as far as their cards take them, and recreational donks that will happily donk/fold the turn when Gigabet raises with air.
