My plan on the turn was to crai. Dont know this player at all.

raise a bit more pf

c/c on the flop seems fine, but c-betting here isnt wrong either i think, cause he might very well call you with a smaller pp on this board. I fact i like c-betting better vs an unknown, cause he might check behind with AK,Ax,clubs...

After you c/c the flop, leading the turn is better. If he has a Q then the money is getting in no matter what, but i think he wont bluff the turn often, but he might call with some of his hands.

you could b/f the river to maybe get a little value out of another pair; the way the hand played you could have A hi.
