Ya why would you ever overbet the flop? And I fold now, I need a read to call this.

I fold this. Villain could have, in order of likeliness:

set, straight, 2-pair --> you're way behind.
flush draw (possibly 1 or 2 overs) --> you're a lil better than 50/50.
combo draw --> you're close to 50/50
A9-T9, air --> you're like 80%.

In most cases you're not in great shape, and you're prolly crushed, so fold.

this all comes down to your read. if you dont have a read here, i say fold it. but ill instacall against weak players that i have a good line on.

oh, and lol at the people bothering you about betting $17 into a $16 pot. gimme a break. i like the bet actually. gives you a good idea of where opponent is at here. looks like a fold.

A lot. First of all, how much are you c betting air then?

Yeah I think you are in pretty bad shape here, and usually I am folding readless.

Betting 13-14 on this flop accomplishes the same thing as 17.

As previously stated, it's very hard to call here without reads.

Not really a fan of 5xbb prelop.

And I think psb is fine on flop,
also I think you can call this profitably,
there's enough draws that he could have here.
