Default 1/2: 2x QQ faces resistance against two callers

I have no reads on villains in both occasions, except that they are not good players overall. How would you play it and why? Did I play this too passive? Too frightened?

wow i think you definately played these waaaay too passive.

hand 1: the 1-2 game i play, $8 is too small a raise, but i dont play much online so this could be fine.

MP minraises flop- you really have to re-raise here, you have no info from calling plus you are ahead most of the time. since button calls the $40 as well, you can pop it to around 100 safely and prob get 1 caller. a little less if you want more action. i t hink a push may be incorrect because you would likely only get called by hands that beat you - AA KK 33 88 55, but i could be worng here... ? If 4 bet, then you are 90% up against a set and you may be able to lay it down..

if you did, re-raise to 100~ and were just called, a push on the turn is pretty simple.. you are well committed

as played, the turn check smells, you should lead out strong here. MPS bet is just above 1/2 pot- pretty weak and you are getting about 3.7:1 on the call though obv a turn push is better considering your stack size...

if anyone, i would be scared of button at this point, he cold called the flop raise and then called the $90 turn bet which commits him - indicating he is either slowplaying or a really really bad player.

i would not be suprised if JJ 99 33 55 88 possibly TT were flipped up at the end.

edit; Hand 2 is ok. i like the preflop raise, and i think it is a correct fold on the turn

Nr1: the button coldcalling MP's raise just screams big hand, and we also have to worry about MP.

Nr2: pretty much the exact same scenario on the flop.

I think you can find a fold on the flop in both hands.

If u are to continue you gotta raise the flop imo.

is there nothing wrong with hand 1?

hand 2 the fold is better justified because both villains called the decent preflop raise. JJ KK AA much more likely that in hand 1 where there really wasnt much info on villains' hands ... ?

the hands are practically identical in betting patterns - only difference being the preflop raise in hand 2. i still think the line in hand 1 is too weak...

explain why im wrong please and what hand s you are afraid of in hand 1?
