Default weird spot with 99 are we flipping, dominated or crushed?

no stats, bb is 20/18/6.5

is he ever calling/ pushing 77,88 AQ, AK often enough?

JJ+, AK, maybe AQ. This isn't really a great bluff spot for Villain. Two people have shown a good amount of strength. IMO this is a fold to the first reraise unless you plan on getting it in on T high or lower.

I guess the reason I am asking is bc I see a lot of people doing this with low PPs looking to flip, idk does anyone think this is close?

utg flat called a raise then pushed over a 3bet. what reasonable range are we supposed to give someone who does that???

Nines are close, Tens are closer, Jacks are in calling neighborhood, Queens are a call, Kings are insta call, and Aces are fistpump. detailed explanation ftw
