Default Small flush river spot stars 100nl

Villain is 15/12/2 has played solid no real reads as of yet. Whats the preferred play on the river here

I think I'm stacking off here too. I prob bet $18 turn, then $40 into $60 on the river. This is an unlikely/very poor river bluff spot, but given villains stats I'm finding it hard to put him on a hand. Set raises the turn surely? What did he have?
