a bluff looks -ev to me,
good for long term table image so maybe cheap advertising,
but very donkish.

I would put him on a low-medium flush,
thinks he is good but trying to minimise losses in case you have the nuts.

If you have a read that he can fold the river its worth a try,
at these levels with no read its time to give up.

once he calls the turn he is probably going to showdown with his small flush or straight no matter what.
