I dont think he ever folds a flush draw on flop( within reason) so i prob pop it to 1400 and shove turn.

I dont really get turn bet, is he ever folding to a shove?

each bet was intended to let him call me down as light as possible because i was 99% sure i had best hand on flop/turn...river was as hitty card but given previous action and stack sizes its a crucial shove imo, to quote em2

I normally would like your bet size, but since he is station he will often peel on the flop and fold turn. SO make it 1400-1500 on flop. Just shove turn, its not even for pot.

turn I bet like $400 less than his stack so he doesn't get the impression he's calling all-in with a draw which fish hate to do
