I don't want to sound like a dick, but is this a parody post? KK isn't the nuts, and BB only has $40 left with a $63.50 pot. If he liked his hand enough to call your flop three bet, he likes it enough to call all-in on the turn.

Well, I only have $30 left. I was thinking maybe bet smaller on the turn, or not at all.

Ah, for some reason thought that you had BB covered. Definitely put the money in.

Yeah, I scared myself in thinking that he would fold the turn. I thought betting anything less than what I had would look extremely fishy. But if I push, then I play it like I have Kx, which makes him think he is still drawing.

If you both have ~75-100% of a pot sized bet, I think that checking turn is OK. He'll fold lots of draws if you push there, whilst if you give him a free card and he gets there, all is good in the world. I still probably push here because it looks a bit suspicious.

When you get below about 75% of the pot, we want to push because we need to factor in that we can still be outdrawn, so we can't just check.

When we have < half the pot, it's a simple push because he's still close to having odds to call with his flushdraw (he might think his straight or overcard outs are good also).
