i think 21/13 is fine but you don't have to be as good to make that style work as you do a more aggressive pf style. plus most people at 2/4 don't respond well to a 3bet, so a 21/13 passive approach has more merit at higher levels where 3betting constantly will get you in trouble

I only play 1-2 but I have the same stats as you and there are a lot of 22/17 guys at my level.

A way to counter theire aggression is to include a 4bet strategy to your game. When they reraise you from late position, 4 bet them with hands like KQ, KJ, small pairs and off course AK, and sometimes with big pairs. After you 4bet them most of them will slow down.

You can definately be a winner at 2-4 with your stats I think but u need to mix it up more.
