The best part about losing weight is buying new clothing. I lost about 30 lbs two years ago and it was awesome. I have been able to keep the weight off through diet and exercise. Buying "Medium" when you used to be "Extra Large" is a great feeling.

Im down 30 in the last 3 months, I [censored] up my leg tho so I cant run right now but I plan on droppin another 30, although then I will be a stick. Point is, keep up the hard work man, and youre not alone
