how to react on 3bets with ak deppstacked ?
I run into these spots again and again.
1. Hand: Hero is 37/25/1.2 and 3bets light Poker Room skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $1/$2 3 players Converter Stack sizes: Button: $539.90 Hero: $439.35 BB: $287.90 Pre-flop: (3 players) Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Button calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $10</font>, BB folds, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $52</font>, Hero folds. Uncalled bets: $42 returned to Button. Results: Final pot: $22 2.Hand: Villain is really fishy: 71/11/1.3 He limp/3bets very light. He is the type of player who goes broke with middle pair. Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($82, 2 players) <font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $55</font>, Hero folds. Uncalled bets: $55 returned to UTG. Results: Final pot: $82 I dont want to 4bet here cause he never folds preflop and cant be bluffed postflop. (he would never fold 55 on the given flop) Folding preflop seems best but sux because he 3bets sooo much.

[/ QUOTE ] Why, I think that's bad... you hit your hand and you bust this guy all day long, folding against this guy preflop is terrible terrible.

ok maybe calling was ok because he was so fishy. But i dont know how to react to 3bets with ak in general (deep). I have to give up on most flops that i miss. On a flop with an ace or king i will win a small pot or loose a big one.

Hand 1: Pop it to ~170 and take down the pot most of the time.
Hand 2: Folding flop is okay.
