Default OOT - Create a Sandwich for my Bakery/Cafe and WIN!!

OK guys, my sister and I just opened a Bakery/Cafe in Southern Indiana, Adrienne and Co. http://www.cakestoday.com We have a booming lunch business after only three months.

I would love for the members of 2+2 to help me come up with a new sandwich for April.

Post your recipes in this thread and I will pick the winner based on creativity, likeability, and overall tastiness. I will serve the sandwich for the entire month of April and name the sandwich whatever the winner wants. (Excluding anything profane or distasteful for obvious reasons)

I have access to all kinds of bread, cheese, condiments, meats, and veggies. I have a Panini press, meat slicer and convection ovens. FYI: I DO NOT have a stove.

I will also take a pic of the sandwich and the menu board and post it here when it's live.

Thanks and good luck!

I'm a huge fan of Reuben's.... just rye bread, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, corned beef, and sourkraut.

Also, Monte Cristos are amazing, but much more work and you'd need a deep fryer.

There was a sandwhich shop in Denver that used a press and combined chicken breast, cheese, and a pineapple salsa that was very good.

Try TKO's tried, tested and true hangover cure: banana, peanut butter, and honey sandwich on white bread.

Backup idea: The Grilled 3-Cheese: brie, cheddar, and goat.

Backup idea #2: apple and brie.

My favorite sandwich to get at a deli where I used to live was a spicy chicken cutlet (referred to as buffalo chicken) with bacon covered with melted mozzarella.

I have a hard time imagining how anyone could not love this sandwich. I think putting it on a garlic roll would be a nice touch too.
