It's all fine from my point of view.
I probably would've bet a little more on turn since there are so many rivers that either could take the action away from you or give you the second best hand. As it turned out, there's no way i'm folding the river, not even to this kind of player. QJ and J7 are the only hands that beat you and he probably isn't limping J7 (even though he limps alot). It's a cooler.
