Default Did I play this okay? 15/30

This could be results oriented but I am really paranoid in this game because I feel like I should be winning but I don't know if I suck or just run bad every time I play this game or what. It seems like I keep putting my money in super good then something absurd like this happens where I feel like I should get 3/4 so often yet I always walk away with 0-1 quarter.

Looks fine to me, on all streets. That's a very good hand to go to war with on the flop and beyond. Everyone gets 3/4'd and worse with the nuts one way occasionally - it can't be avoided.

I would have reraised preflop, and maybe not have bet the river.

You shouldn't blame yourself for getting sixthed here though, that just happens sometimes. If MP2 is going to play trash like that for a raise, you want to try to get into as many games with him as possible.

That is a pretty starting hand, but the turn and river bets are not wise, IMO. You only have a one-way hand, and one that is very prone to getting quartered. And by the time the river is there and there are three other players in the pot, you had to know that several (if not all) were playing a low hand given that board. Not sure if you were betting because you also had a gut-shot straight draw, but if the 5 gets there, your ass end of the straight will not usually win the high.

My O/8 rule of thumb: A one-way nut low hand is a calling hand. Only in certain circumstances is betting/raising +EV. It is almost NEVER +EV when A-2 is the nut low and you have 3 or more people in the pot.

Hero has picked up the 2nd nut flush draw on the turn. You don't think the turn bet is wise? I think he's got a lot of equity here.

Missed the flush draw. In that case, I can't criticize a bet there, although I think a check w/ the second nut flush draw is a legitimate play as well. A good situation where you can mix it up and vary your play.

If I check the turn it is with the intention to checkraise.
Even without the flush draw I usually bet this turn. It think people are being too results oriented who are saying to check there. Any A,2,3,5,K is likely to give you more than half. You just have too much equity in this spot to not fire. Checking the river is pretty standard here in a four way pot. I think at the midlimits in a full game someone else nearly always has the nut low, and one pair is pretty unlikely to scoop the high.

That said I probably bet the river anyway when I play the hand this way but I don't necessarily think I make money doing it. Reraising preflop is probably fine too but with all the people in before you it might be better just look at the flop and then sneak attack with your strong low potential on a good flop with a CR when the PFR c-bets it and everyone peels.

I 3-bang this all day long preflop and build a big pot. I don't like the flop 3-bet and would have called down after the flop raise unless I hit my flush in which case I would lead out again. The bad beat side of things is just standard.
