Anyone have money in their neteller debit card?

After neteller stopped withdrawls in January I tried putting 1k on my neteller debit card. It went through and when i went to withdraw it from an ATM the atm ate my card. Now i have a bunch of money in my neteller account and that 1k is not apart of it. Right now when i go to the withdrawl page the amount does not include this $1k. Ive already emailed neteller, but i was wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me.
