Right behind Bally's, it's one block to the strip and right next door to the some of the cheapest eats in Vegas:

Ellis Island Casino - $6 steak and egg beakfast. $5 bbq dinner includes 1/2 chicken, 1/2 slab and 3 sides. Also has cheap table games.
