Doing business in Qatar (a bit OT)

Figured I'd get better answers here than in OOT.

Has anyone here done business there? I'm in the process of selling a consulting gig to a business there and am getting mixed signals as to whether I just need a business visa or a work permit to go there and do the work. I'd be there less than 2 weeks.

Anyone have any insights on this?
