As a Bills fan it is a trip to hear anyone saying: Bills > X this season. I can't believe they have a winning record... well until Sunday.

Needle,

Here is a good article about the Browns. You'll like it because it talks about their O-line!

When you outscore the Bills Special Teams, don't lose the turnover battle & still lose by double digits I'd say that qualifies as a beatdown.

A question I have as well; where are the Ravens today if they had skipped signing McNair and kept Derek Anderson? Would you say we are talking about the Ravens as a potential WC and not the Browns instead? Cause I have to say DA is doing something right because I doubt teams fear Jamal Lewis, I know Braylon Edwards is having an outstanding year as well, but was DA the catalyst to that team?

[/ QUOTE ]

DA is getting far to much credit, in reality the Browns put up 14 pts on offense against Pittsburgh. Cribbs returned a KO for a TD and returned another to the 5 yrd line setting up a score. Anderson had 123 passing yrds in the game. Then of course there is the offensive line which gave up 0 (thats z-e-r-o) sacks the first game after their RG was put on IR. I don't think Anderson is much better than a league average QB without that Oline.

Well most QBs would suck without a good O-line. DA wasn't that good this year, they get Thomas and Steinbach and now they have a top 5 O without a running game.

Do you honestly think Brady, Manning, etc. would be that good without a really great O-line? I highly doubt it. Most o-lines are underrated. You need a good one to win in the NFL.

DA might not be the greatest QB, but he's the best QB the Browns have had in a long time. I don't think Quinn would be a better solution by any means.

DA's completion percentage in college was ~50.5% and is 56% now, Quinn's carrer % at ND was a bit under 59%. I think there is a pretty good shot that Quinn could produce better than Anderson in this system.

Can Quinn throw the big ball. Nope. I'd stick with DA right now. He was also horrible against any good teams.

Roethlisberger is putting together a career year behind some of the worst pass blocking in the league.
