[b]Bottom line is it doesn't really matter what hand I have.

He has <Qx almost always in my mind.

It's up to him if he wants to call with AT or w/e he has.

ok heres why i dont like bluffing here...

first of all u very well can have the best hand. id say with this river card he isnt folding much that he called ur turn bet with. and the main thing he folds is a flush draw which we r ahead of.

the second thing is the 9 of hearts is not a scare card. why would that change his mind to all of a sudden fold?? if he thought his hand was best on the turn then he will still think that. if a diamond hit or sumtin that would actually change the hand then i think a bet would b better.

so basically i think if u bet and he folds a very big percentage of the time that he does in fact fold u were ahead n e wayz. and i also dont think he folds all that frequently n e wayz

Don't bluff just because he's weak. It's clear by his betting that he is. You could call either thinking you have the best hand or at least some of your Aces and Kings are outs. With position I'd be surprised if anyone bet small like this with a draw, it certainly happens. Either they take free card or bet bigger. This is mostly something like QJ, Q9, AT, KT, 55+ (not set), etc, before river.

I bet river and expect to be called just because I can't help myself as played.

edit: If you just called the turn, check river. It's more likely he's afraid of the nine at this point and I expect him to check behind for showdown a lot. You can beat any diamond draw or some kind of Ax bluff.

PF is a mandatory 3-bet.

Flop- meh. I guess okay?

Turn- okay, I think you have some FE. Calling wouldn't seem too bad either. The board changed very little and meh.

River- I don't think that villan folds his TP much, especially after turn action. I probably just give up.

Yeah, I almost always 3b, not sure what happened there.

Does $8 sound good pf?

Pot will be $16 on flop.

I cb $10 and he calls.

Do we just shut down on turn and river?

[/ QUOTE ]8 is fine imo. i would bet like 13 or sumtin prolly but i make bigger bets then most all the time so i guess it would just depend on wut u normally do. i kno a lot of people say that bettin more then 2/3rds in 3 bet pots is dumb but blah w/e imo.

but yea once u 3 bet and ur cbet fails then i give up. double barreling in 3 bet pots is typically a bad idea. altho there r spots where it is sick good. kinda a feel thing tho
