Smoking weed =/= disrespecting the law.

It is so [censored] stupid that this is even news worthy and even more stupid that it could affect his sentence. "Ya I was only going to give you 2 years for running a dog fighting ring and murdering dogs with your bare hands but since you smoked a joint, 3".

I'm confused that people don't realize how much this could screw him over. He's been found guilty in a criminal court, his freedom is at the absolute mercy of the court, this particular one of which allegedly is relatively harsh in terms of sentencing. LOL to anyone thinking this isn't disrespecting the law, this absolutely is disrespecting it - he is literally breaking another law while awaiting the retribution of having broken a previous one. The only reason he's facing only a year or so is because of the plea agreement with the prosecutors, whom you can be sure included provisions for breaking that agreement should he [censored] up in any way.
He and his lawyers are idiots for having him do anything over these few intervening months other than going to church every day and getting his ass out to as many anti-animal cruelty rallies as possible. Seriously, so stupid.

But he should probably be donating like $2500 a week to animal charities up until incarceration or whatever. I guess even then it could continue. But nobody wants to see his face at a rally.
