Moneygram Deposit on Stars

How long does this normally take. I believe some people were saying like 10 minutes. It's been about 2.5 hours for me and the money isnt in my stars account. I am hoping to play in wcoop at 15:00.

Usually, it hits my account before I get a chance to get home from the store. I've never had a problem with it. It may take longer if the amount doesn't match the amount you originally said you were sending.

You could send an email with your tracking number to stars. I think there's a special email address for Moneygram transactions in the email you got from them with the info on who to send it to.

i am glad i am not crazy, ususally takes NO MORE than 30 minutes, been around 2 hours and still nothing...i sent an email to them and still they have not responded to me, something must be going on over there today, only thing i can think of is possibly an influx of deposits due to the BONUS and WCOOP or the system may just be down, dont know...never taken this long

I emailed support about depositing via mg, and apparently you can only do so if you have at least 1 lifetime FPP so this method is not available to new users. I guess I'm censored since I can't deposit to epass with my debit card, and by the time I send a money order the WCOOP promotion will be over.

Perhaps this is the wrong forum, but if someone transfers funds to me does that disqualify me from a 1st time deposit bonus? Also, is one able to receive the WCOOP bonus and 1st time deposit bonus at the same time?

Nope...I had about 5 transfers before I sent in my first money order and it all worked out fine (had to email support too for the bonus code).
