Default what does this push mean from a nit?

villain is nitty, like 22/4/2 over 500 hands. for some reason, though, i don't recall anything more specific about his play, so i just have his stats

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($85.35)
Hero ($124.55)
MP ($124.25)
CO ($98.50)
Button ($92.25)
SB ($82.10)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, MP calls $4, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $16</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero calls $12, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $124.25</font>, CO folds, Hero ????

JJ TT AK is all I can think of, maybe he got tricky with AA/KK but no way I fold this 1 in 1000 times without specific history

In my experience this is usually AA/KK and sometimes AKs from a nit. Look at his PFR, i bet he rarely 3-bets cheese. I'm guessing KK, he smoothcalled before the flop and suddenly saw an opportunity to take down the pot or get all-in preflop.

I've been seeing this and the limpraise a lot on FTP. Every time it has been AA.
