Default K10d and the 3 barrell bluff.......thoughts here puhleez!!!

Villain is solid. I have 190 hands on him and he is 24/4/.35 (tiny aggression huh) This is our first big hand against each other.

Mt thinking was to rep a big hand hoping to fold him if i didn't catch a card. I do have a big hand, with a Open ended straight and also a flush draw.

The river bet was made in the hope that villain was drawing. (i am embarrassing myself to say that given the size of the bets, but that is what i was thinking at the time.)

Thoughts on all streets please.....flame away if need be..

Raise to atleast $20 on flop. Turn bet is fine, although SOMEtimes I check behind (but like i said the bet is good).
This third barrel is spew IMO, with $40 left in his stack and his two previous calls, I don't see him folding.

I prefer the check behind on the turn. Your draw is still strong but you lost a lot of equity by whiffing the turn card. Let's check and play the river accordingly, hoping to either spike one of our cards or quietly check/muck withuot further damage.

Thank you for your input. In hindsight, i think river bet is spew too.

rasie more on flop.

i realy dislike your turn bet.
push turn (he only has a little more than a PSB left) or just check behind.

give up on river. hes almost never drawing himself adn hes never folding anything that he called the turn with

I see your point about pushing the turn. It would be easier for him to fold to a $70 bet than a $35 one here. Also, once he calls the turn he's pot committed and there is no way a "bluff" is going to work anymore. ty

24/4/.35 is not solid.

if you want to take a line like this, raise bigger on flop and then shove turn.

As played, shoving the turn is your best bluffing opportunity if you think he'll fold. River bluff is not going to work unless he missed his FD also, but that seems unlikely by this point. Just give up and pray.

Improve your FE on the flop by raising bigger (maybe like 24-29). If he called that, I might just check behind the turn, figuring that I'm almost guaranteed to get paid off if I hit and have virtually no FE on the turn.

He is weak player, and he is usually weak on the flop. He will be scared of an ace or a diamond though so just take your huge equity on the flop and jam it, then jam it some more on turn if need be. You played it like you wanted to sucker him in.
