Also added a part noting that I was aware they had HU SnG's, and even HU SnG's where the blinds do not increase. I let them know these are not the same as HU Cash games, and they're probably losing business because of it (certainly mine.)

If they are worried about players going broke faster they should consider adding a small fixed number of heads up and 6 max tables.

I don't know, maybe 4 each.
