ummmmm, am I reading this thread correctly? wouldn't just basically throwing 9k at something that has absolutely no use whatsoever, besides being something to showoff, be...............like the most baller thing you could do?

Nevermind that they take out $5k from your MGR when you purchase it, so it also costs you $1500, as well as the lost points. If it didnt subtract from MGR I'd probably get it, but it's just such a waste of $1500. I don't think anyone's purchased it with FTP points though, which does add to its appeal. [/ QUOTE ] he's had his for a long time too if i'm thinking of the right guy - at least as long as i've been on full tilt which is around two years. i thought i remembered being at a table with him once and him saying he got it as part of a tournament win, not from FTP points. possible i'm mixing it up with someone else tho.
