AK probably isn't this pot from SB or MP1. I think its worth it to just call this flop, espec since a raise will fold anything worse than AK.

what more are you going to get out of QQ and KK by calling? i mean, he's not just gonna go crazy because you just called, most likely he jsut gives up on them. and i think it'd be WAY easier to stack AK by raising now rather than waiting for the turn.

Yeh, it is just a basic principle that you slow play on a dry board. You don't slow play on an ace high board with a 2-flush.

Forgetting about the fact that we're letting the other guys in the pot draw really cheaply with their holdings, we're also risking letting an action killer come and prevent you from stacking an AK/AQ type hand. |
