villain is an aggressive 22/20/3. can i call this river??

Fold preflop once it is repopped to 15. You are way behind with a reverse implied odds type of hand. You never know where you stand if you hit your A or Q. He isnt reraising you preflop with KQ or AJ. He has JJ-AA and AK roughly 90-100% of the time and your hand doesnt fair well against any of those hands.

His stats are very similar to mine but less aggro. I have JJ-AA/AK here ~20% of the time.

you probably shouldn't consider this info for the purposes of analyzing the hand (since i didn't have it at the time)...but FWIW a few hands after this one the guy 3 bet me pf w/ KTo

I'm a nit but I lay this down to a 3bet until I've seen that he can 3bet light or he starts doing it with regularity.

i don't like calling 3-bets oop with AQ vs solid TAG. if he hasn't given me a reason to think he would do this lightly then i would usually just fold. if in pos i would pry call.

i just don't see what you are beating on the river. he isn't betting AJ here or worse here. your hand is pretty obvious, so i think he is betting for value not bluffing.
