Germany can pass and enforce any law they want. If its illegal to be gay in Germany, under penalty of death, then you sure as hell shouldn't go to Germany if you are gay. If you are charging and convictind saddam hussein than Rumsfield and Bush need to be charged also and hung for there crimes. They are responsible for 100,000 Iraq deaths and over 3000 americans lives and who knows how many injured.

Also there are still individuals being held at guatonamo Bay for 5 years and still have not been chegred. Also how about the individuals that were shipped on the special planes to countries that allowed torture.
