villain is 18/14 over a few orbits I have been very aggro during this time. I don't know what is line means, what to do? call and fold to bet on the river unimproved was my plan.

I'm torn between thinking this is either a ten with a good kicker or 56 that wanted to see if you would be kind enough to double barrel the turn, might also be a set. It could be a straight, but does an 18/14 call 43s OTB? I'd call and bet 1/3 pot on a blank river with a plan to fold to a raise.

I think a button calls with 43s a decent amount and i can c villains slowplaying a set or 56 on this board a decent amount of the time, id fold to this raise and only call this if i thought he was either mental or an aggro floater who would be reluctant to be pushed off his float (which is decently common), id feel pretty sure about the fold btw but if u call then it should be to snap off a bluff and with a good read id make a small river bet to get called in case he has poorly played tens but more likely to induce a raise (if i thought he was bluffing the turn)

I think it's ok to fold here most of the time without a better read.
