I like the line, I do the check-behind myself a fair amount, but once he calls that big turn bet I think I just check the river behind. I don't think he'll ever pay your river bet with a worse hand, which makes it a bad spot for a big value shove. He will, however, call it if he has AT or if he somehow has AK or a set.

What are your thoughts/reasons on your river shove?

Agree with the above, I really don't know what worse hand is calling the river overbet. He can't really have a strong enough lone Ace here to warrant calling. There's not really a logical two pair we beat, but better two pairs/sets are calling. Maybe in a perfect world he has KhTh. I wouldn't count on it.

As for the rest of the hand, the check behind on the flop is OK, and the turn raise is good, seems a bit too big to me tho.

Not making the overbet on the river, b/c they aren't really a part of my game, but I would pot the river
