suggestion for the upgrade

currently when we get a notification in the email, it doesn't tell us the poster who made the post that is being notified. if we could get that information with our notifications, i think that would be great. sometimes i only see a notification after the thread or post itself has been deleted, and i'd love to know instantly who the poster was, regardless of the continued existence of the post itself.

And would it be possible to mark the e-mail as something regarding twoplustwo?
It would make it easier to filter the one important mail out of dozens from unknowns like john.doe@hotmail.com.

this is easy to do if you just create a filter for the phrase that is at the beginning of every notification, '...has notified you of a post you should look at entitled...' and have it move those to a separate folder.

at least it's easy in gmail

The issue of being able to see who posted something is also different. There is more than one level of deletion. Much of this will be easier to discuss in the test forum soon.
