Not gonna lie this is one of the strangest things I have seen on the net.

On some level I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out this is a joke website run by a company like the Onion, but on another level I read the About Us section and think it is definitely real.

Cat may not be the most glamorous, or tastiest of game meats, but with a little thought and preparation, Baked Cat can make the belly of the persnicketiest diner glow with home baked goodness.

Your first guess is correct. There are a million little clues on the site itself and the WHOIS information is a dead giveaway. This site is just another in a long line of lame gag sites aimed at stirring up [censored].
