Re: $2,000 NL AK bluff in a reraised pot
too much uncertainty to overcome the unlikely but possible snapcall hands here.

Re: $2,000 NL AK bluff in a reraised pot
I don't like it from the general description of villain. I'd much rather run this on a tighter player who you think is actually capable of folding JJ QQ. Also I wouldn't mind it vs a guy you have lots of history with since he will prob catch on to the fact that your on tighter side, plus if he does call it's good for meta-game. BUT since this is on PS and full ring never runs on there at 10-20 I think this is kinda meh. END rambling.

Re: $2,000 NL AK bluff in a reraised pot
Would you bet full pot with Aces on a dry board like this or would you go for more value, betting 600-700? Your bet looks a little bit like what it is, a "plz fold" bet. He knows if he calls he'll have to call for the rest of his stack on the river so I think a smaller bet would probably be more effective. If he shoves you can save some monies by folding.

Re: $2,000 NL AK bluff in a reraised pot
Why Bluff there.......... AK, bet and a fold its easy. just cause u had a good starting hand dont mean u have to play to the river. A little bet and a raise once in a while on a bluff with AK is ok...... not an all in...... no point here
Any medium/high pair he call... |
