improving concentration

i find i am very easily disracted while playing poker.

i still want to imrpove my game but at this stage i am more concerned with improving my concentration so that i apply what i already know better.

i am often playing 5 or 6 tables,listening to music,posting on message boards and thinking about other stuff while i am playing.

i often decide that i am going to try and watch every hand and pick up on people's betting patterns,etc,and literally ten seconds later i find myself doing something else.

anyone got any tips for dealing with this,or any books to read?
